The accessible stores of Primordial Fluid within the upper layers have been mostly exhausted, and the survival of the city hinges on the discovery of new reserves. To descend further into The Shell, you must harness the power of The Great Elevator, a colossal contraption of unknown origin that requires the energy released from the death of an Angel to operate. However, the path to survival is not solely dependent on your ability to hunt and eliminate Angels. Along the way, you must scavenge for vital resources, such as items, food, weapons, clothing, and equipment, in order to sustain yourself. The unforgiving nature of The Shell demands that you remain ever-vigilant and resourceful, making smart choices about what to carry and how to utilize the limited supplies you find.
